Club Penguin- Hebert Joining EPF?

Today, I was talking to a friend of mine! He said that he will make me that is a yet to be image, so yeah it is pretty cool, some say 'Hebert' is joining the EPF, is it real? Hmm, we will never know! Well yeah! So I got some of your Reviews about him coming, here are some!

Well for now, I want to tell you a story. I was talking to my friend the other day and he said he made a exclusive - or found one - so he decided to make it for me so I can show you all! But he is not really sure if this is true or not, it is just a Prediction! So yeah, I found this Exclusive from my friend...

Cool right? That is the EPF team so fa, but with Hebert added? Yeah... lets see how that goes, but have you seen the last message from Gary? He hasn't seen anything strange, maybe Hebert is really switching sides! Well stay tune for Updates about this, we wont know.
