Rookie has sent us a new EPF message! Here is what he says:
If you cannot read that, it says
"Maybe Herbert decided not to do anything bad. The party ends tomorrow, and still no sign of him. Maybe he's a good guy now!
Rookie may be right about this! Many penguins have been wondering if Herbert will join the EPF and we really don't have an answer. But according to Herbert's recent messages, it seems most appropriate that Herbert will NOT be joining the EPF. But we don't have a positive answer,
so we will just have to wait and see. :)
