Another EPF message has been sent to our Spy Phones. This message is from Herbert. Let's check it out:
It says:
"That's right, you mechanical menace! I should never have rebuilt you! I want to DEFEAT the Elite Penguin Fools, not destroy them!"
I guess that's a start to Herbert becoming good.
